Anastasia Zamorina, fourth-year Economics student  presented her report at the Warsaw Regional Forum 2015 ‘Territorial Uncertainty and Vulnerability as a Challenge for Urban and Regional Policy’.

At the regular seminar of GAMES research group the new member of the group Aleksey Buzmakov (PhD) presented his thesis work focused on formal concept analysis for structured data mining.

During a joint seminar of the GAMES research group and research and training group “Empirical demand estimation”, Evgeniy Ozhegov, lecturer of HSE-Perm's School of Economics and Finance, presented a study focused on sellers’ behaviour on the secondary real estate market. The project is at the final stage: the author needed a feedback from colleagues before the publication of an article.

A research seminar on ‘Public-private partnership: design and discussion’ took place at the HSE campus in Perm. The event was organized by the Division of Public-Private Partnership Studies. Russian, as well as international researchers from Italy, Sweden, and Great Britain, spoke on topical problems of public-private partnership.

The first research seminar of GAMES group in the new academic year took place. The members of the group told about the existing and planned researches and new clubs for students.

HSE Perm has hosted the third International Conference on Applied Research in Economics, or iCARE, which saw the participation of scholars from 12 countries representing 21 different organizations ranging from universities and research centres to central banks and consulting firms. Opening iCARE were the head of the conference’s programme committee Dr Dmitri Vinogradov (University of Essex) and HSE Perm Deputy Director Dmitriy Potapov.
