From November, 1 all foreign citizens who are planning to enter educational programmes of the bachelor's and master's degrees at the HSE Perm in 2021 can submit their applications online. We have created a detailed FAQ: how to apply, what exams you need to pass, when to submit documents, etc.

A new enrollment for an additional educational programme for the preparation of foreign citizens was held at the HSE Perm. The programme "Russian as a Foreign Language" is targeted at foreign applicants from far abroad who are going to enter Russian universities. Throughout the programme, students will master grammar, learn to perceive Russian speech phonetically and will be able to read, speak and write in Russian. This is the third intake and the fourth group of listeners at the HSE Perm.  

During the spring semester a student of the Durham University (the UK) Katie Kassam was studying the Russian language and history at HSE University, Perm within the programme ‘Perm Term’. This programme was first organized by HSE in 2019 in cooperation with the School of Modern Languages and Cultures of the University of Durham. A year ago four students from the UK shared their experience. This year Katie arrived alone in February, but had to return home in March due to pandemic and continue her studies remotely.
