2020 was declared as the cross-year of Russia and Kyrgyzstan. HSE Perm and the educational center of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic has already organized and conducted several large events. HSE PERM HAS STARTED AN ADMISSION CAMPAIGN FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
From November, 1 all foreign citizens who are planning to enter educational programmes of the bachelor's and master's degrees at the HSE Perm in 2021 can submit their applications online. We have created a detailed FAQ: how to apply, what exams you need to pass, when to submit documents, etc.
HSE University Moves All Lectures to Online Format
Starting October 26, 2020, lectures at all HSE University campuses will be held online. At the same time, the University’s buildings remain open to students and staff. Seminars will mostly remain offline. However, it is possible that some will also be transferred online.
