HSE Perm Saw Seminars of Visiting Professor I-Ching Lee
September 21 to 27, I-Ching Lee, professor of National Taiwan University, visited HSE-Perm at the invitation of the School of Management.
Professor Lee is the author of many articles that have been published in highly rated peer-reviewed journals, including PLOS One, Psychological Bulletin, the Journal of Applied Social Psychology, and the Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, as well as the author of chapters in monographs published by Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, and Psychology Press. Professor Lee’s specific research area is social, cross-cultural, and gender psychology and intergroup relations.
I-Ching Lee conducted a number of research seminars for the HSE Perm faculty and research fellows. The topics of the seminars on “Intergroup and gender relations in society” and “Publications in top peer-reviewed journals” included international studies and how they are conducted, and peer-reviewing and editing in prestigious journals. She also provided individual consultations for participants.
Professor Lee also met with students from the ‘Management’ and ‘Business administration’ Bachelor’s programmes within the courses on psychology and human resources management. She noted the motivation of the students and the professionalism of the lecturers.
