«Evaluating the work of the exhibition in Bishkek I can say that it was very productive. This was my first time in Bishkek and I can compare the event with the Dushanbe 2017 exhibition: there were so many people! So I am not that surprise by HSE popularity. I and other participants managed to hold a general meeting with the head of the RCSC in Kyrgyzstan, Viktor L. Nefedov. He expressed readiness to help universities promote Russian education. In addition, during the days of the exhibition I was able to communicate with teachers of schools in Bishkek and regions, representatives of news agencies and colleagues from Russian universities. I would like to express a special thanks to the Public Foundation ‘Moskovskiye Klassiki’ for the flawless organization of the exhibition-fair in Bishkek!»
Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe
From 11 to 13 of April the Eighth International Exhibition ‘Russian Education. Dushanbe – 2019’ took place in the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University of Dushanbe. It was organized by the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Tajikistan. Along with colleagues from HSE in Moscow there was presented a general exposition of the two campuses. 53 Russian universities from different regions and branches of Russian universities in Dushanbe took part in the event. Within three days more than five thousand applicants from Dushanbe and Khatlon region attended the exhibition. Students from Tajikistan know Higher School of Economics very well.
School graduates tend to go HSE in Perm primarily because the cost of educational programmes and residence in Perm expenditures are lower and also for the reason of intercampus student mobility.

'I participated in an educational exhibition abroad for the first time, and I am delighted with the organization of all events in Dushanbe. During the visit I was able to meet with representatives of several schools: the Russian-Tajik School at RTSU, School No. 6 of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, and School No. 8. I held a business game for 11 grades students on the organizational structure of an enterprise. The students were very involved into the game and also they asked questions about campus and educational programmes and opportunities for admission.
After the exhibition, the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Dushanbe provided Higher School of Economics with classes for entrance examinations. For three days students had exams in Mathematics, Russian, History, English, Social studies and Chemistry. I would like to thank Mikhail V. Vozhdayev and all the Rossotrudnichestvo representatives for the excellent organization of the exhibition, support and a warm hospitality in sunny Tajikistan.'

«The April HSE trips are always accompanied by a large number of new acquaintances, meetings, and interesting events. This year we tried a new format which includes participation in exhibitions, administration of entrance exams, running occupational guidance activities. As for me, each visit is a chance to see a country from a different angle, the opportunity to look at the admission campaign and the events in a new way. Russian education abroad is treated differently but no one denies its quality and the opportunities which students get coming to the Russian Federation for studying».
