Academic Council Approves Tuition Fees for HSE Perm Programmes in 2019

The HSE Academic Council has approved tuition fees for undergraduate and graduate programmes for incoming students in 2019.

In 2019, HSE Perm will offer 6 undergraduate programmes. The tuition fees will range from 150,000 to 170,000 roubles per year. You can find information about the prices on the website.

HSE Perm will also offer 7 Master’s programmes in 2019. The tuition fee will be 140,000 roubles/year. Detailed information is available here. 

Please note that HSE traditionally offers prospective students a flexible system of tuition fee discounts and waivers for both Bachelor's and Master's programmes. Rules on discounts and the criteria for receiving them will be approved by the HSE Academic Council in the near future.

Currently, on programme websites you can find information about tuition fee discounts in 2018. Discounts for fee-paying education in 2019 will be published on the website of the Perm campus in June 2019.
