Education

The Faculty of Economics, Management and Business Informatics combines 6 bachelor's and 6 master’s degree programmes.

The faculty has a number of significant features that allow the graduate to be competitive in the modern labor market.

The features of learning include:

1. The structure of educational programmes, which is focused on the formation of a whole complex of hard-skills and soft-skills. As part of the learning process, all students of all programmes form:
- competencies for working in a digital environment and with digital products. Each programme has its own required level of digital literacy, programming skills, and data analysis;
- cross-cultural communication competencies. Students have the opportunity to study a foreign language for all years of study at the chosen track and level;
- competencies directly related to the professional field of the selected programme;
- competencies related to the development, implementation and defense of projects.
2. Active involvement of employers and partner enterprises in the formation of curricula, in the process of teaching and participation in the defense of the diploma thesis.
3. Students constantly need to make a choice: majors, projects, level and track of English language learning, research topic, supervisor of their research, disciplines "by choice", etc. Thus, each student of the faculty has his/her own individual curriculum, formed by one third according to his/her personal choice.
4. The organization of the educational process is aimed at the formation of soft-skills (the ability to work in a team, make non-standard decisions, work in a situation of deadlines and uncertainty, the ability to protect your point of view, act as a leader of the process, be adaptive to any situation, etc.). The formation of such skills can only be carried out by experience. During the years spent at the faculty, students create a rich competence profile that distinguishes them in the labor market.
