Minor is a combination of four disciplines that are not related to the main field of study and allows students to gain basic knowledge in other subject areas (Finance, Management, Law, etc.).
Academic mobility. Students can study free of charge at other HSE campuses. Duration — from one and a half months to a year.
At each stage of training, students do projects — real tasks that programmers face in their professional activities. As part of the research seminar, which lasts 4 years, students learn to carry out research work, publicly present the results of their projects.
Graduates are in demand both in large IT companies involved in the development of software systems, and in IT departments of general-purpose companies that require the creation and implementation of software (banking organizations, industrial enterprises, consulting firms, etc.).
