Step 1. Choose a Programme

HSE Perm accepts applications for Bachelor’s programmes.

We encourage you to learn more about our programmes:

IT System Development for Business (5 fee-paying places for foreign citizens in the 09.03.04 Software Engineering program)

International Bachelor's in Business and Economics (no fee-paying places)

Law (no fee-paying places)

Foreign Languages and Cross-Cultural Communication in Business (no fee-paying places)

Management in Creative Industries (no fee-paying places)

Online Bachelor's Degree (only fee-paying places):

Design (25 fee-paying places for foreign citizen)

Business Administration (no fee-paying places)

Software System and Development Process Automation (10 fee-paying places for foreign citizen)
