Associate Professor of HSE Perm Talks at IAEA Event


Mariya Molodchik, Associate Professor at HSE in Perm and Senior Research Fellow at the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy, spoke at the Third International Conference on Nuclear Knowledge Management, which was held at the IAEA Headquarters at the UN Office in Vienna.

Professor Molodchik spoke on ‘The Influence of Intellectual Capital on Corporate Performance: Evidence from European Companies over the period 2004-2014’, reviewing the key results of research carried out by the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy (IDLAB) over the last three years.

Conference participants showed a keen interest in the approaches to measuring intellectual resources developed by the IDLAB research team. They asked numerous questions on the principles European companies use to select their intellectual resources strategy. During the conference several agreements were reached regarding joint research on intellectual capital and corporate knowledge management.
