Working Seminar on Operation of Non-Profit Organizations and Territorial Public Self-Government Took Place at HSE-Perm

HSE-Perm’s Centre for Private-Public Interactions held a working seminar with a representative of Perm administration on the subject of non-profit organizations and territorial public self-government in Russia. 
The seminar was attended by Anastasia Zyryanova, the representative of the Perm administration’s office for public self-government and inter-ethnic relations. The purpose of the meeting was to tell the authorities about the results of research in the sphere of non-profit organizations and territorial public self-government in Russia.

The academics (Svetlana Suslova, Anastasia Bozhya-Volya, Sarah Spencer and Elena Shadrina took part in the meeting) presented the results of analysis of large Russian cities’ and regions’ experience and received important comments of a skilled expert in the respective area. Anastasia Zyryanova noted that she has received precious analytic information and expanded her notions on interaction of local authorities with public self-government and non-profit organizations providing social services.
