Our Students in Essex: Graduation

Students of the HSE campus in Perm who studied on the joint master’s programme with the University of Essex have been awarded their Master of Science degrees.

The graduation ceremony took place in Essex and was chaired by the new university chancellor, Shami Chakrabarti. Representatives of the academic governance, professors and graduates attended the ceremony, and the Essex Business School presented a review of its students’ achievements.

In 2015 a total of 4,448 students graduated from the University of Essex. Seven students received master’s degree in the HSE Perm-University of Essex joint programme on Business Strategies in a Global Environment: Anastasia Baidarova, Svyatoslav Khovaev, Alexander Kozhevnikov, Roman Kungurtsev, Nadezhda Kuznetsova, Dmitry Sidorenko, and Maxim Silin.

Students of the master’s programme in Marketing, Public Administration, and Project Management: Project Analysis, Investments, and Technologies of Implementation also studied in Perm during the first year and then in England during the second year of their studies as part of the joint master’s programmes. Last September they defended their master’s theses at the University of Essex, with all of them receiving A or B grades.
