HSE Ranks Among Top Russian Universities in Three University Missions
Despite increasingly growing competition, HSE University сonsistently ranks fourth among Russian universities and 120th among world’s top universities in the Moscow International Ranking ‘Three University Missions’ (MosIUR). In 2021, the total number of universities in the global ranking increased from 1,500 to 1,650 compared with last year.
HSE Educational Programmes Receive State Accreditation
All full degree programmes, implemented at four HSE University campuses, received state accreditation for the next six years. The positive conclusions of experts and representatives of expert organizations have been published on the Rosobrnadzor website.

Ten HSE Teams Advance to Semifinal in World Programming Championship
Students from all four HSE campuses have qualified for the semifinal of the ICPC Student Programming World Championship. The quarter-final stages of the tournament were held in the second half of October in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and Saratov.
HSE University Improves its Position in QS World Rankings
HSE University has improved its position in the QS institutional ranking by 21 places this year, taking 7th place among Russian universities. The advancement comes thanks to a significant improvement in academic reputation and assessment of university graduates by employers.
