Advantages of the Programme
Data-Driven Decisions in Finance module
The key block of disciplines in the programme is the Data-Driven Decisions in Finance module, in which students learn to prepare sound financial decisions using modern data-analysis methods. This module was developed at the request of our partners from the University of Padua. In 2019, it received a grant from the Potanin Foundation, and it is now one of the top master's programme projects in Russia.
Real business projects: where theory meets practice
Project work is a major part of the activities of modern financial analysts. That is why various types of projects are integrated into almost every course in our programme. Students learn the basics of project management, then go on to carry out consulting projects for partner companies. A number of courses also include cases based on real business data.
Highly qualified teaching staff
We have a highly qualified international team of teachers who conduct both lectures and practical classes. Among them are employees of HSE research laboratories, professors from foreign universities, and practitioners from leading Russian and international companies. The fusion of academic knowledge and practical experience gained by our students forms a special type of thinking that is not only very successful in the market today, but also allows them to flexibly adapt to changes in labour markets and the economy.
