All HSE University's, Perm buildings have free WiFi access. Please use the following login and password:

You can also purchase mobile Internet for a fee. To buy a SIM-card of one of the Russian mobile network operators (Tele2, MTS, Beeline, Megafon), you need to visit a provider’s retail outlet or an independent mobile phone dealer (e.g., Svyaznoy (Связной) or Euroset (Евросеть)). A passport with a translation and papers showing your local address and registration must be presented to sign up for service.
