Keynote Speakers

 

 

Leonid Polisсhuk is a Laboratory Head and Professor of Applied Analysis of Institutions and Social Capital at the Higher School of Economics. He received his PhD degree from the Institute of Economics (the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) in 1982. He was involved in the Scholar Exchange project collaborating with the US and Canada Higher Institutions. Polisсhuk has published widely on a variety of topics across his academic expertise. His research interests focus on microeconomics. 

 

 

Andrei Yakovlev is an economist, candidate of economic sciences, professor of the department of theory and practice of public administration in the HSE; Director of the HSE Institute for Industrial and Market Studies; Director of the International Center for the Study of Institutions and Development, which is an iternational laboratory created at the HSE in 2011 in order to develop new research groups that include well-known foreign academics and researchers from the HSE.
