Transcript of Records
International exchange students finishing their academic stay after a semester in HSE University, Perm get an official transcript of records, detailing examinations and results achieved. It has to be given to a student's home university as a proof of his academic achievements for the further transfer of the ECTS credits.
The process of Transcript issuance is as follows:
1. The Transcript draft is issued within 5 weeks after the official end of a semester;
2. The draft is sent to a student's personal email;
3. The students checks the draft within 5 working days starting from the day of receiving the email and confirms the correctness of data;
4. After confirmation a Programme Office of a respective programme sends a signed and sealed digital copy of Transcript to the email and home university coordinator in cc.
