A diploma from the Higher School of Economics guarantees that the graduate will be a competitive player on the job market. An HSE diploma ensures rapid and successful career growth within top Russian and international companies.

HSE alumni participate in the university’s seminars and conferences, and they maintain free access to the resources of HSE’s library. Alumni also hold their own events, recruit interns and new employees among HSE students for their companies, and are also given a discount on the university’s continuing education programmes.

The geographical career span for HSE Perm alumni is constantly growing, as undergraduate and master’s students achieve success not only in Russia, but abroad as well. Many alumni continue their education at European and American universities. In addition, more and more HSE Perm alumni are recruited by some of the largest Russian and international companies each year, including KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PwC, Metro Cash&Carry, Hilton Worldwide, Paragon Acquisitions, ING Investment Management and others.

The results of a project to monitor the career paths of 2011-2014 HSE Perm alumni show that graduates advance on the career ladder rather quickly. Some 16% of 2011 undergraduate alumni currently hold leadership positions ranging from deputy department chiefs to project managers and CEOs. The figure is more than double for 2011 master’s graduates at 33%.

Undergraduate alumni of 2012-2013 have also been successful in their chosen career paths; 20% of them have already become lead/senior specialists or department heads. 

The HSE Perm Career Development Centre was designed to help students and alumni of our university build their career properly and achieve new professional heights.
