Perm Term: Study Abroad - Study in Perm!
HSE Perm holds a 16-weeks programme for foreign students in cooperation with partner universities.
The programme is initiated for the students who learn Russian and russian history.
Contact teaching & Internship: 268 hours, including
● Russian Language & Linguistics 220 hours (14-18 hours per week)
● Russian History & Culture 48 hours
● Internship 10 hours
Tuition & Fees:
Fees are regulated by the agreement between HSE Perm and a partner university. Each course is charged at a rate of 6,000 rubles per 1 ECTS. We expect students take 16 ECTS per semester minimum.

Who to be in touch with?
Tutor - a specially delegated representative of the university to care and to help students taking their Perm Term. Any question. Any time.
Buddy - russian student who will become a friend and a personal helper and adviser for a student taking his/her Perm Term.
Aditionally students may spend 1-3 weeks in Moscow or Saint Petersburg (optional).
NOTE: Upon a request of a partner university it is possible to create an individual program and a syllabus.
