Administrations
The School of Economics and Finance was established in 2014 through a merger of the Departments of Economics Theory, Accounting and Auditing, Economic Modelling, and Financial Management. The School is headed by Tatiana Bukina.
The aim of the School is to create and develop a community of academics and professional practitioners from the fields of theoretical and applied economics, corporate finance and financial markets.

The West-Ural Office of Sberbank, Perm has hosted a meeting between Professor Ludo Pyis and over 30 executives and senior officials of the bank. Ludo Pyis led a two-hour seminar discussion on “Intellectual capital accounting: myth or reality?”
In late October, the HSE-Perm Faculty of Economics hosted a visitor from Moscow – Carol Sorrenti, the Country Director of IREX' s Russia office. She told HSE-Perm graduates in detail about The Yegor Gaidar Fellowship Programme in Economics as well as the requirements for participating in the Programme.
