Referral for check-in is issued by the administration of the dormitories in the presence of an order for enrolment and on the basis of an electronic application filed on time.
To obtain a place in the dormitory freshmen should submit an electronic application till August 23, 2021.
Check-in procedure
Information for non-resident students checking into the dormitory of HSE Perm during the academic year!
Check-in of students takes place on any working day (from 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) by prior request. An application can be submitted by e-mail: tluzgina@hse.ru (deputy head of the dormitory – Tatyana Luzgina).
Submission of documents and conclusion of a contract of employment: 34, Uinskaya street, room 104, Perm.
When checking-in at the dormitory, you need to have:
-the passport;
-medical certificate of a health status (medical professional advisory opinion), form 086-U;
a certificate of vaccinations carried out or a copy of a certificate of preventive vaccinations (form No. 156 / u-93).
Foreign citizens provide a medicine certificate or a certificate of vaccinations carried out, issued by a medical institution in any form.
Attention! If the student is under 18 years old, then upon check-in, the presence of a legal representative with a passport is required. If the legal representative cannot be personally present, then the student can bring with him/her a copy of the legal representative's passport and written consent in 2 copies.
For the entire period of study, students living in a dormitory are provided with temporary registration at the place of stay.

Information for foreign citizens
To check into a student dormitory, you need to follow the next path:
Step 1: submit an application to the email address: tluzgina@hse.ru (deputy head of the dormitory – Tatyana Luzgina).
Step 2: after the answer of the dormitory employee, you should go to the following address: 34, Uinskaya street, room 104, Perm for filing an application and filling out a rental agreement for residential premises.
You need to have:
-passport and its copy (translated in Russian);
-a medical certificate of health (form 086-U) or a certificate (translated in Russian) of the established form;
- a medical document (in Russian or English) confirming a negative result of a laboratory COVID-19 test by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), selected no earlier than three calendar days before arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation .
