About the Faculty

The Faculty of Economics, Management and Business Informatics at HSE’s Perm campus was founded in September 2015, when the respective faculties of economics, management, and business informatics were merged.

The Faculty of Economics, Management and Business Informatics includes academic departments in economics, management, state and municipal administration, business informatics, and software engineering.

'HSE - Perm Makes Me Feel at Home, Because the Teachers and Coordinators Here Really Care About Every Student'
HSE - Perm's preparatory programme in Russian as a Foreign Language has admitted a new cohort of students. The supplemental programme helps foreign students who intend to apply to Russian universities gain proficiency in Russian. Students study grammar, phonetics, reading, speaking, and writing over the course of their studies. The new cohort is the fourth group of students to join the programme in what is now the programme's third admissions season.
