Course Syllabus

Abstract

The discipline "Strategic Management" involves the development and improvement of students' strategic management skills on the basis of a situational analysis and assessment of the strategic prospects of the organization. As part of the course, students receive the knowledge necessary for the development, implementation and implementation of a company’s strategy in order to increase the efficiency of its functioning. The course includes not only theoretical and practical knowledge of the strategic management of the company, but also the ability to analyze the external and internal environment of the enterprise, predict changes, and take risks into account. In the study of the discipline, students will learn to develop and justify real management decisions for the business.

  • The aim of the course "Strategic Management" is to develop and improve students' strategic management skills based on situational analysis and assessment of strategic prospects. The course is a systematic presentation of theoretical and methodological issues related to the development, implementation of company’s strategy in order to increase its efficiency.
