HSE Researchers at IRSPM Annual Conference

This year the XXII IRSPM Annual Conference was dedicated to “Creating and Co-Creating Value in Public Service Delivery.”

The conference which saw more than 600 participants this year is an important platform where researchers can exchange their findings and discuss new topics which are crucial for public administration. At the conference young researchers can meet experienced academics. IRSPM publishes “Public Management Review”, a renowned peer-reviewed journal which covers the best developments in public administration and public policy.

Anastasiya Bozhya-Volya presented the findings of the study carried out together with Roman Bozhya-Volya – “Coproduction of Local Public Goods with Involvement of Neighborhood Associations”.

“At the conference I managed to mark out the trajectory of my further work on this topic, to connect to the community of researchers in public administration, to plan possible joint projects with foreign authors working in this field of study, to receive potential consent of foreign professors to giving lectures at HSE-Perm, etc.”

Anastasiya A. Bozhya-Volya
Associate Professor

Elena Shadrina was more interested in the session “Interaction with private sector: externalization, contracting, private-public partnership and public procurement.”

Within the session she managed not only to discuss the most topical fields of study in public-private partnership and sustainable public procurement, but also to establish new contacts for joint international projects.
